It is in good condition, a few nicks here and there but nothing serious. It is also missing the backplate which you can cleary see in the picture and the plastic head on the pick up selector. Apart from that it is a lovely guitar and well worth a look at! Wooden dolls house with 6 people and 6 rooms, plus a sand pit and patio furniture. There are 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents. The rooms are: Kitchen, living room, bathroom, kids bunk room, double bedroom and study. The outside furniture is a sandpit, patio table with umbrella and 3 chairs. There are also some room dividers, which I forgot to show in the pictures sorry . The house itself was from a hardware store and all the furniture is from the Early Learning Centre. This cost £170.00 from new altogether. This is in lovely condition and has been well looked after. On the outside of the house there are a couple of naughty scribble marks which I have tried to show in the pictures, but they haven't come out too well. These would probably sand off quite easily or could be painted over. As you can see from the pics this is a very bright and cheery dolls house, that has been greatly enjoyed by my daughter, who has now grown out of it, (so i'm told !) which is the reason for selling.
